Founder and owner Thomas Stacho, Ed.S., has over two decades of experience in education, including work as a special education teacher and school psychologist.
For the last 10 years, Tom has specialized in the implementation of PBIS within the broader framework of MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports), helping districts meet compliance requirements while also transforming school culture. He has worked with one of the most respected organizations in the field of school behavior management and has trained hundreds of educators and administrators across the country.
Tom’s deep knowledge of research-to-practice methods and his ability to tailor strategies to each school’s unique needs give him the authority to help schools implement lasting change.
