Thinking Beyond Just Compliance
Many states require that schools implement a MTSS/PBIS framework as part of their climate goal for continuous improvement. Non-compliance can lead to negative evaluations, funding loss, and missed opportunities for improving school culture. But meeting MTSS/PBIS compliance requirements doesn’t just check a box—it creates a proactive, preventative system for addressing behavior concerns before they escalate. This framework empowers teachers, reduces the need for reactive discipline, and ensures that all students have the opportunity to succeed in a positive learning environment.
Ready to transform your schools for the better?
At Behavior in Schools, our goal is to create environments where students and educators thrive. But getting there won’t happen by addressing behavioral issues as they arise. Instead, it’s about creating systems that prevent disruptive behavior from occurring in the first place.
Our comprehensive professional learning and support opportunities support schools in fostering a positive, proactive learning environment.
